    Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with a global Media & Entertainment company, who are recruiting for a Strategy Manager.

    The Company

    The business is a major organisation in the Television & Film industry. They are a global company with major influence across the world. The culture is renowned for being sociable, non-corporate and dynamic, with a superbly modern physical workspace. Working as a key member of the Corporate Development team, you will be heavily involved in determining the strategic direction of the business.

    The Role

    As the Strategy Manager, you will be reporting directly into the Strategy Director, who has an excellent track record in the industry. Primarily, you will work closely with the Strategic Director to implement and plan strategic projects. This will include carrying out vital research and analysis of the media industry for projects and potential mergers or acquisitions.

    In this role, you will prepare strategy briefings and presentations for senior management, providing you with excellent exposure to senior internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with the Mergers & Acquisitions team, as the Strategy Manager you will help to pinpoint and subsequently prepare necessary information for potential investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.

    The Duties:

    Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

    * Working with the Strategy Director on creating and executing operational and strategic projects
    * Evaluating potential investment/M&A opportunities in the TV & Film industry
    * Creating and presenting research reports on current trends in the media industry for Senior Management
    * Preparing and presenting strategic briefings and updates
    * Ad-hoc project work

    What we need to see (essential):

    * Excellent communication skills
    * Experience in a similar strategy/corporate development role
    * Passion for all things TV & Film!

    What we'd like to see (bonus):

    * Prior experience in Strategy or Corporate Development role within Media, Entertainment, TV, Film or Music

    Salary: £60,000 - £75,000
