Alex Sharp

Senior Marketing & Communications Manager

Alex manages the marketing & communications at Harmonic, which involves overseeing partnerships, events, and wider marketing duties. Alex gained her CIPD Level 5 qualification in Learning & Development in 2020 and also helps with the induction and training for new starters at Harmonic, ensuring they are equipped with the right skills to begin their career in recruitment.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys going on holiday (in particular going to European festivals), playing team sports, and discovering London's best Espresso Martinis.

Audrey Sellers

A former Division 1 softball player at Boston University, Audrey thrives in high-energy environments and excels at building connections and fostering inclusivity. She has a knack for placing top financial talent in start-up businesses, guaranteeing that rising ventures receive the best guidance from the industries’ experts.

Her passion for staying active and engaged translates into her personal life, where she is well-versed in culinary trends and uncovering hidden gems in big cities. Charlie Walker

Founder & Managing Director

Charlie is the Founder and Managing Director at Harmonic. He has sixteen years in Search and Recruitment (with the prematurely grey hairs to show it) and leads on our Executive Search offering for clients seeking CEO, CFO or COO-level hires. Charlie is a judge for the British Business Awards, is the youngest recipient of the ‘Recruitment International Entrepreneur of the Year’ and holds the staffing and recruitment industry record for the ‘Sunday Times International Track 200’ (#5).

A failed musician and DJ (Charlie was in a band previously with Riz Ahmed of Rogue One / Sound of Metal Fame), he retains a massive passion for the arts and the UK and USA start-up scene. He is trustee for Bookmark Reading Charity and Board Advisor to Impact start-up accelerator: Unrest. He is a proud father to his 2 daughters, Iris and Cleo.

Chris has a real affinity for start-ups and a great understanding of the challenges that they typically face as they transition to multi-million dollar success stories.

Claudia has recently joined Harmonic, bringing with her three years of valuable experience in Finance Recruitment. In her new role, she will be dedicated to supporting Tech businesses in the North West as they build and enhance their finance teams.

Based in the vibrant City Centre of Manchester, Claudia enjoys trying out the latest food spots in her spare time. When she’s not sampling new restaurants or coffee shops, you’ll find her exploring the countryside with her Spaniel, Ella.

Dan joined Harmonic fresh out of university. He works within the executive search team, specialising in placing the best executive finance talent into start-ups and scale-ups within a variety of sectors in the UK.

Outside of the office you will find Dan watching football, supporting his beloved Liverpool or finding new bars in London to have a pint of Guinness.

Danielle Chesterman

Operations Manager

Danielle is Harmonic’s Operations and Talent Manager. She helps coordinate all non-sales elements of the business, which brings a wide range of activities into the mix, from arranging events and trips abroad, to helping with the day-to-day running of the business.

When she’s not at work, Danielle loves travelling the world and spending time in the countryside with her husband and sausage dog.

Ed Naish

Interim

With multiple years of recruitment experience, Ed heads up Harmonic’s Interim offering. He works across multiple growth sectors placing contractors ranging from Finance Executives to Transformation specialists.

As our resident music aficionado, music plays an important part in Ed’s life. He boasts a large vinyl collection and loves going to gigs and festivals. Ed also loves exploring some of London’s best pubs and restaurants with his friends.

Emily Campbell

Following her graduation from Syracuse University, Emily joined Harmonic in our Boston office. Born and raised in the area, she specializes in recruiting exceptional finance professionals within the Marketing/Creative Agencies and PR space. Before Harmonic Emily worked in social media marketing focusing on up-and-coming country singers in Nashville, TN.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys concerts, yoga, running and is, of course, a huge Boston sports fan.

Ewan Fenley

Ewan works in our Interim recruitment department specialising in the SaaS & broader Tech sectors. He has cultivated a wide network of clients and candidates in the space and places roles from Interim Finance Manager, Controller, FP&A, Director, & CFO.

Outside of the office, Ewan is a semi-professional Rugby player and will spend most of his time training or in the gym. He also loves discovering new restaurants in London and trying food from across the world.

Fin Glanvill

Fin, originally from Edinburgh, has nearly 10 years of experience in the Recruitment industry. Currently leading teams across London, Manchester and the United States, he focuses predominantly on Senior hires into the VC Backed Tech start-up space.

Living in the hipster paradise of Hackney, he is a proud new Dad and has an encyclopedic knowledge of 90’s Italian football.

Gursimran Dhillon

Operations Manager

Gursimran oversees operations at Harmonic, coordinating various non-sales aspects of the business. Her responsibilities encompass a wide array of tasks, from helping organize events and international trips to managing the daily operations of the company.

Outside of work, Gursimran enjoys discovering new restaurants and traveling the globe.

Halle Paredes

Lead Community Analyst
Finance and Operations hires for TV and Film - UK

Halle joined Harmonic after completing her master’s at University College London. She is a member of the Media and Entertainment team, focusing specifically on the TV and Film sectors.

Having moved to the UK from America three years ago, Halle can be found walking around the city and stopping into pubs with a book for a pint of Jubel, binge watching true crime documentaries and scary movies, and running along the canal (desperately trying not to fall in).

Isla Jackson

Research and Operations Lead

Isla joined Harmonic within the Operations team and helps co-ordinate various non-sales aspects of the business.

Since moving to Manchester from Edinburgh, Isla enjoys finding new food and drink spots and is always on the lookout for the best new restaurant openings to try out!

Jamie Huddart

Nadine Anderson

Nadine joined as a Community Analyst at Harmonic Finance, where she is dedicated to building and maintaining a thriving candidate community. Her focus is to connect exceptional finance and accounting talent within the Built Environment industry in London. Outside of work, she loves skiing, exploring pubs and beer gardens around London, travelling, and watching football with friends and family.

Oliver Gaydon

Senior Community Manager

Olly focuses on helping Creative, PR, Media and Marketing agencies build their Finance and Operations teams. Now, he works exclusively with some of the most successful and well-renowned agencies in the UK. Olly is a proud son of Manchester, and although he will be retaining his network in the South, he has recently set up Harmonic’s Manchester office, where he manages a team that recruits for Creative and Tech businesses across the North-West.

Out of work, you will find Olly enjoying cricket, football and music. Olly is a former musician and fronted a Manchester band called ‘Mayflower’.

Simon Moore

CFO/COO

Simon is a chartered accountant with over 15 years of experience. Simon began his career at RPM before moving to WPP, serving as the CFO for BDG architecture + design for 8 years. Currently, Simon's role is to oversee commercial operations and works closely with Charlie to ensure growth is aligned with the company's core values. His association with Harmonic goes beyond his role, as he has been a loyal client for the past 5 years, relying on Harmonic for talent.

Outside of work, Simon lives in Surrey with his wife Sam, and their sons Riley and Noah, alongside their beloved dog, Oreo, who has become a familiar presence in the office. As a passionate sports enthusiast, Simon channels his energy into coaching his sons' football teams.

Will Panarello
