Due to our values-led approach and teams who are immersed in their markets, all of our consultants have niche candidate communities actively seeking new roles. We seek to fill permanent vacancies in under two weeks subject to your availability. Unlike our competitors, we understand candidates as people rather than CVs and in the vast majority of cases have met our candidates in person several times prior to representing them to you. As a result, we provide customers with insightful summaries of what candidates are looking for in an employer and what they are like as a person.

We understand what our candidates want in the culture of a company and within the role. Because of this, we have outstandingly high post-placement retention rates in the first 24 months of employment (94.5%). If that wasn’t enough, we remain in contact with the candidate long after their employment to make sure everything is running smoothly and to maintain genuine relationships. Harmonic isn’t an agency for short-term transactions, we are here for long-term relationships.

What our clients say

We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional service to our clients. Here’s what they say about us.

It is obvious that Harmonic clearly listen to each job brief, as on a number of occasions we’ve ended up hiring the first candidate sent to us! From shortlisting, interview, offer and beyond onboarding it is always a pleasure working with Harmonic and it’s an easy decision to continue to do so. Adele Farmer HR Manager, Fremantle
I would have no hesitation in using Harmonic again and very much enjoyed the process. They really listened to our needs and dealt with the tight deadline presented and were extremely professional throughout. Joel Mishcon CEO & Emma Astaire, Operations Manager at Chrome Productions
Having a recruiter like Harmonic who took time to understand and search out the prime candidates was invaluable for us. Lisa Murray CFO, Minnow Films
We have worked with Harmonic on two briefs recently and in both instances I was very impressed. They always seem to be on top of the process to make sure things progress efficiently and are always clear and prompt with feedback. Sachin Dosani Group COO, Wonderhood
Harmonic really went the extra mile to source candidates for us that weren’t necessarily already looking, instead of just sending us candidates you already had and trying to convince me they fit the mould, which happens quite often! So it was refreshing. All in all, very happy with the service from Harmonic. Samantha Garcia Commercial FD, Hipgnosis Songs Fund
I appreciated Harmonic’s efforts in screening the candidates beforehand and facilitating the interview process in what was a challenging environment (COVID-19). Ian Simpson Group CFO, Wise Music
