Permanent

Due to our values-led approach and teams who are immersed in their markets, all of our consultants have niche candidate communities actively seeking new roles. We seek to fill permanent vacancies in under two weeks subject to your availability. Unlike our competitors, we understand candidates as people rather than CVs and in the vast majority of cases have met our candidates in person several times prior to representing them to you. As a result, we provide customers with insightful summaries of what candidates are looking for in an employer and what they are like as a person.

We understand what our candidates want in the culture of a company and within the role. Because of this, we have outstandingly high post-placement retention rates in the first 24 months of employment (94.5%). If that wasn’t enough, we remain in contact with the candidate long after their employment to make sure everything is running smoothly and to maintain genuine relationships. Harmonic isn’t an agency for short-term transactions, we are here for long-term relationships.

What our clients say

We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional service to our clients. Here’s what they say about us.

Harmonic really went the extra mile to source candidates for us that weren’t necessarily already looking, instead of just sending us candidates you already had and trying to convince me they fit the mould, which happens quite often! So it was refreshing. All in all, very happy with the service from Harmonic. Samantha Garcia Commercial FD, Hipgnosis Songs Fund
Harmonic submitted good profiles which ended in a result that we are very happy with. They consistently followed up and helped move the process along quickly. Thanks once again! Kevin Philips. Senior FM WeWork
Harmonic really understood the importance of identifying people with a real scale-up mentality who could deal with challenging stakeholders, significant change and limited resources as we successfully pushed towards a unicorn valuation which we achieved this year. Whilst working with Harmonic I was impressed by their industry knowledge in the EV and battery technology industry and some of the complexities associated with the nature of the emerging market when identifying relevant candidates. Natalie Aistrope CFO at Arrival
Harmonic were honest with their analysis and offered some great advice which helped us secure the candidate we wanted. Kyle Ewen Global FD, Sofar Sounds
The team at Harmonic were brilliant, I needed a CFO for a scaling start up, and quickly. They were patient, listened to the company’s needs and turned the role around very quickly. The service was great, and I would highly recommend. Rob Fowler CEO of Volta Trucks
Harmonic were instrumental in helping us fill our role at FingerprintJS. They knew exactly who to look for while paying special attention to our company culture and requirements as a technical SaaS business. It was a pleasure working with Harmonic and we look forward to continuing our relationship as our team grows. Joe Caiello Head of Business Operations
