    Harmonic are excited to be working with a fast growing healthcare business who are looking to recruit a Senior Finance Administrator that will manage day to day finance and in the long term will be upskilled into a Finance Manager role.

    This business provides highly niche healthcare services through their clinic based in central London, they have grown exponentially over Covid-19 and have on-going plans to expand their brand across several sites in London in the next 24 months.

    As part of their growth plans, they are looking to recruit a part qualified Accountant who will oversee the bookkeeping and monthly reporting for the organisation.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified professional with experience of managing day to day finance for a small organisation to join an exciting business with excellent values and friendly team members.

    The Role

    Reporting into the MD of the organisation you will manage day to day finance activities and provide key revenue reporting data to the senior leadership team. You will also be trained to be the medical software "super-user" training future staff to ensure bookings revenue is captured correctly.

    In the long-term you are given total free reign to work remotely 2-3 days a week but for the first 6 weeks you will be required to be in the office so that you can get to know the business operations and team members.     Core duties include:

    * Manage Accounts Payable
    * Manage customer invoicing and daily reconciliation of payments
    * Oversee Accounts Receivable and manage cash flow reporting for the organisation
    * Take ownership of budgeting and forecasting for the organisation
    * Provide monthly reporting and revenue metrics to the senior leadership for the organisation and their several revenue streams
    * Oversee the bank accounts for the organisation
    * Work with the external accountants to execute annual audits/year-end

    In order to be considered for this role (essential):

    * Immediately Available
    * 3-5 years experience within Finance
    * A relevant finance degree or actively studying towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
    * Experience managing AP, AR and monthly reporting for a small business
    * Strong communication and interpersonal skills (you will float around the business acting as the finance lead on matters, it's really important you are confident in yourself and are comfortable being a key advisor to the business)
    * Comfortable

    What we'd like to see (strong desirable):

    * Experience working for a small healthcare business i.e. a private hospital, dentist or clinic
    * Experience of using the healthcare software Medbase
