    Harmonic are delighted to be recruiting for one of the UK's leading media specialist firms of accountants, providing accountancy and taxation services to music and entertainment industry clients. An opportunity has arisen to join the team as the Payroll Administrator.

    The Practice is renowned for having the feel of a music or media business and their employees are given many industry related benefits. This role is a Part-Time position for 3 days a week (22 hours) and the successful candidate is able to work remotely if they wish. The company is very flexible on how the time is split through the week.

    The Role:

    You will be responsible for managing the Payroll of the firm as well as their clients, many of whom are creative industry SMEs including record labels, production companies, media agencies and high profile musicians/actors.

    The Duties:

    Your main duties will include but not be limited to:

    * Ensure the smooth running of Payroll for the firm
    * Managing payroll for the firm's clients (around 40)
    * Maintain and develop relationships with the clients
    * Answering queries and advising on payroll matters
    * Prepare PAYE enrolment

    What we need to see (essential):

    * At least 2 years of payroll experience
    * Great communication skills
    * Experience of Sage 50

    What we'd like to see (bonus):

    * Knowledge of Xero
    * Experience within a practice (highly desirable)

    Start Date: ASAP

    Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 pro-rata
