    Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with an award-winning TV & Film business, who are looking to recruit an Investment/Project Manager.



    The Business

    The company was founded 15 years ago and employs around 15 people, they are well-known for their fun working environment which has a great family-feel to it. The offices are based in a creative hub of London with a trendy physical working environment.

    They are a multi-faceted business involved in both the production and financing of a diverse portfolio of media projects. Primarily including Television and Film, they have been involved in over 200 ventures, investing over £200 million into the creative industries. Along the way, the business have picked up numerous awards and critical claim within the sector. The company continues to expand, presenting a fantastic opportunity for someone to grow alongside the business.



    The Role

    You will be reporting directly into the COO and CEO, providing you with excellent exposure to the Senior Management Team and a high level of influence in the organisation's commercial strategy.

    As the Investment Manager you will be mainly responsible for managing all aspects of the finance and packaging activities of the company. This will include sourcing new deals, evaluating potential investments, managing the transaction and subsequently monitoring the investments. This is a broad position providing a full range of involvement in Film & TV financing and investment projects.



    Duties

    Your duties will include but not be limited to:

    * Providing key pieces of analysis and evaluations for potential new investments
    * Sourcing and running new investment deals
    * Building strong relationships with third parties internationally and domestically (producers, distributors and broadcasters)
    * Execution of investment deals
    * Monitoring existing pipeline of investments
    * Managing commercial negotiations
    * Providing support to Directors on commercial matters



    What we need to see (essential):

    * Prior experience in Project Managing/Investments in the TV & Film industry
    * Excellent communication skills
    * Strong experience and knowledge in the TV & Film sector



    Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
