    The Client

    Harmonic Finance are excited to be working with a growing Cyber Security and Risk advisory consultancy (ranging from corporate risk through operational risk in dangerous jurisdictions and terror threat risk mitigation). They provide genuinely invaluable protection and prevention services with unrivalled global reach and significant investment in scaling the business towards management and advisory of '21st Century risk' putting on track to see substantial increases in revenue from a current £300m.

    The Role

    As the FP&A Manager within the Global FP&A team, this is a chance to gain fantastic exposure to the wider business liaising and business partnering with regional and divisional teams and presenting insightful MI and analysis to Group Leadership.

    The key theme that underpins this role is one of process improvement, change and transformation. The client is really keen for someone to join the business that is excited about improving processes and improving the quality of FP&A, Business Partnering and cost reporting metrics as they grow.

    Responsibilities:

    * Manage the production of Forecasting, Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for a number of regional and divisional P&L's
    * Business partnering with senior stakeholders and presenting of data
    * Continued improvement and development of insightful MI and analysis for Group ExCo
    * Proactively building relationships with regional and divisional Finance teams to understand key commercial drivers and metrics
    * Responsible for the production of consolidated group budgeting and forecasting
    * Work alongside the Head of FP&A with projects to improve cost reporting and cost allocation
    * New revenue recognition approaches
    * Analyse large volumes of Data (in Excel) and overtime look at ways to automate and improve the process
    * Extensive ad-hoc projects (both system and commercial)

    What we need to see (Essential):

    * Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA
    * Experience at a Group level within a FP&A Manager/ Senior FP&A role
    * Proactive and keen to build relationships with people
    * Incredibly ambitious with a desire to continue to learn
    * Excellent Communicator
    * Demonstrable experience of process improvement

    What we'd like to see (Non-Essential):

    * Experience with Data Modelling
    * Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI
    * Professional Services experience

    Location: London (Remote initially and circa 3 days a week moving forward)

    Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + bonus
