    Harmonic Finance are proud to be sourcing for one of London's premium hospitality businesses for a Group Finance Controller to join their ranks.

    The business is medium sized with ambitions to continue growing their portfolio. It is important to mention early on that despite this year's events the business have been extremely resilient in bouncing back and have seen positive improvements to business levels month on month with revenue back to in excess of £5 million monthly.

    The role will be reporting into the Finance Director and will involve collating information from various properties across their portfolio so will require hands on involvement in working with on-site managers on both the finance and operations side of the business. This role will require a degree of travel to various sites and the ideal candidate will be commercial as you will need to work on cash flow forecasts from site to site for example and to consult on how to maximise revenues.

    The role:

    * Overseeing portfolio of properties
    * Working collectively with operations and finance teams within properties including MD's and senior finance staff
    * Analysis and overseeing P&L
    * Finance business partnering opportunities and providing strategic input
    * Identifying key areas for improvement and delivering projects to achieve higher revenues
    * Careful crisis planning in the background with Finance Director to ensure robust controls in place
    * Supporting properties with budgeting
    * Working between property company and operating company respectively ensuring that demands are met both sides.

    What you need:

    * ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified (PQ considered for extensive Hotel background)
    * Hotel industry experience
    * Prop Co / Op Co
    * Experience with leasing agreements
    * Commercially astute
    * Experience managing direct reports
    * Excellent communication skills
    * IFRS 101/102 and knowledge of leasing Prop

    What we'd like to see:

    * Experience working for an Hotel business at group level
    * Experience in looking after multiple sites / properties
    * SAP Experience (or better SAP implementation experience)
    * IFRS 101/102

    Salary: £80,000 + bonus

    Availability: 1 - 2 month max must be able to interview over the next 3-5 days
