    Harmonic are delighted to be working with a scaling Food business on the hire of a Finance Manager, who will be working closely with a brilliant Finance Director. This is an excellent opportunity to join the fast-growth business and add tonnes of value in the finance function where you will have a lot of autonomy.

    Reporting into the Finance Director and managing an Accounts assistant you will be an integral part in overseeing the accounts for the business.



    The Role

    * Management of the monthly accounting process including AP / AR / Budgets and cost controlling
    * Providing KPI and financial reporting and providing commentary to senior leadership
    * Responsible for monthly management accounts including balance reconciliations
    * Maintain monthly budgeting and forecasting
    * Support other areas of the business with budgeting and analysis
    * Ownership of analysis to support businesses decisions
    * Prepare VAT returns
    * Systems improvements in relation to the accounting software and any migrations or improvements to ERP and integration into finance
    * Business partnering with Supply Chain for stock accounting and stock reports and stock reconciliations
    * Business partner with sales teams on reports and models
    * Report on transfer pricing
    * Support junior colleagues with ledger responsibilities where required
    * Support the Finance Director with the annual audit process and further reporting



    Required Experience

    * French speaking to proficient business level
    * Experience in a hands-on management accountant role
    * Multicurrency experience (Euros)
    * Desire to work in a fast growth business and have lots of autonomy
    * Enthusiastic, highly motivated and ambitious
    * Super personable!
    * ACA, CIMA or ACCA finalist or PQ
