    Harmonic are delighted to be working with a hyper-growth food tech business on the hire of their first FP&A Manager. Working closely with a brilliant FP&A Director, this person will be pivotal in leading the day-to-day FP&A function, implementing a quarterly forecasting process and developing models to give insight to the leadership team and board. that the financial controls and accounting are streamlined through continued growth both within the UK and internationally.

    Working in a super quirky office space in London, albeit with a lot of home working right now, they have a huge focus on company culture. This is echoed by incredible well-being policies and super fun socials (both in the office and from home). This business has grown 70% YoY and has raised over £20m+ in VC funding. They are quickly becoming a household name and are looking for a leader who wants to be part of rapid change, growth and transformation!

    The role:

    * Build relationships with Senior stakeholders providing commercial decision support
    * Prepare monthly Board Packs with insightful KPI's and analysis
    * Manage a small team responsible for the production of Forecasting and Planning
    * Streamline and improve the quality and accuracy of information and financial models
    * Provide financial support on major transactions & investment
    * Responsible for building the FP&A team attracting and developing talent
    * Build relationships with stakeholders in multiple locations

    What we need to see:

    * Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
    * Great leadership skills and experience
    * Excellent communicator

    What we'd like to see:

    * Experience in a food manufacturing business
    * Experience in a fast-growth and changing environment

    Offered Package:

    * Up to £75,000 with share options
