    Harmonic are working with a disruptive health technology brand who are experiencing incredible growth due to increasing demands with Covid-19.

    The business has grown from 15 to 70 employees in less than 2 years and the turnover has trebled in size year on year for the last 3 years and grows 10% month on month. The business is backed by one of Europe's top VC firms and are soon to close another monumental fundraising round.

Over 1/3 of the workforce has been promoted in the last 2 years and are filled with ambitious, incredibly smart people who enjoy having a good time while having a genuine impact on the direction and success of the company.     To help sustain their expected growth the business are now looking to hire an entrepreneurial, ambitious Senior Finance Manager / Controller who is looking for an opportunity to drive growth, build out a robust infrastructure and take the accounts in-house.

    The role

    Reporting to the CEO this role will be responsible for running the day-to-day Finance function

    The Financial Controller will be in time responsible for building a team around them, with expansion set to continue pipeline there is plenty of room for fast career progression.


    * Produce accurate and timely monthly management account packs including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and additional KPIs
    * Make continuous process improvements for the day to day finance operations

    * Manage SaaS-based Accounts Receivables
    * Define and measure quarterly and annual objectives, and develop a scalable budgeting process
    * Business partner with the exec team and non-finance stakeholders providing them with month-end analysis and commentary
    * Oversee statutory returns and other regulatory compliance

    Required Experience

    · Qualified Accountant with over 2 years' post qualified experience

    · Start-Up/scaling technology business experience

    · Excellent Communicator and able to work independently

    · Entrepreneurial, ambitious and passionate about being part of a scale-up

    Experience (Preferred)

    · SaaS

    · Technically strong with excellent commercial acumen

    Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Options

    Start Date: ASAP
