    Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with one of the UK's fastest growing Music & Events businesses, to recruit a Festival Accountant to join the team.

    The Company:

    The business is behind some of the best festivals and live events around the world. You will be working from their modern offices in a trendy part of London. They are renowned for having a fun and dynamic working environment, which has a distinct family feel and is filled with music lovers! They are looking for a talented Festival Accountant who can take responsibility for accounting for the companies' Festivals & Shows.

    The Role:

    This is a new role which has come about naturally through organic growth in the business. Reporting directly into the CFO, who has a fantastic track record of mentoring colleagues, you will be joining a finance team of 5. You will primarily be responsible for the overall accounting for multiple festivals. This will include: cashflow management, business partnering with internal and external stakeholders and budgeting.

    This is a broad position, in which you will get wider exposure to some commercial duties. Working closely with the CFO, there will be a clear pathway for progression, as the business continues to scale.

    The Duties:

    * Managing the accounting and finances for numerous festivals and shows.
    * Monitoring and setting budgets
    * Providing key pieces of analysis
    * Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders
    * Inter-company reconciliations
    * Cashflow management
    * Any other ad-hoc tasks and exciting projects

    What we need to see (essential):

    * ACCA/CIMA studier
    * Experience of project accounting (Live Entertainment, Marketing/Advertising, Events, Media, Music etc)
    * Love for music!
    * Excellent communication skills

    What we'd like to see (bonus):

    * Festival or Tour Accounting experience
    * Experience with Sage 50 or Xero
    * Multi-currency experience

    Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

    Start Date: ASAP - Ideally start in May.
