    Combining business development, networking, research, marketing and commercial negotiations, Harmonic Finance's Assistant Community Analysts are taken through a broad education in recruitment business development which offers unrivaled career progression.

    Harmonic supply accounting and finance professionals who enable our clients to be brilliant. Focusing on filling roles ranging from Chief Financial Officers through to Royalties Accountants, we work with some of the most exciting organisations in Europe, ranging from ground-breaking technology start-ups, through to major fashion labels.     The Role

    Assistant Community Analyst is a broad introduction to recruitment and staffing, the position will be focused upon supporting Harmonic's Founder and Managing Director building trusted candidate communities for recruitment campaigns he is undertaking for senior leadership roles for our clients. No experience is necessary- you will be taught everything from the ground up.

    A large part of your role will be supporting your colleagues in the Harmonic Team by maintaining highly-accurate data concerning which candidates are available (think data champion!), what their needs are, and recommending candidates to colleagues for roles they may be suitable for. The good news for you? You will receive generous commission and targeted bonuses in relation to the quality of this data and any introductions you make.

    This role is a great introduction to a fast-moving, hyper-growth environment (our turnover is on course to grow 400% this year) you will receive mentoring from an award-winning leadership team and will be steadily coached toward becoming a community analyst where you will be responsible for winning and developing your own clients within 12-18 months.

    Daily and weekly targets will be used during your training so if you don't thrive in a competitive environment (albeit a super-friendly one!), then this probably isn't the role for you.


    * Build a niche candidate community for Harmonic's Founder and MD's vacancies
    * Source information or 'leads' on urgent hiring opportunities for Harmonic to fill
    * Take responsibility for the quality of the Harmonic CRM data

    * Basic salary of £18,000-20,000 plus commission bonus' (estimated a further£4-6k within the first 12 months)
