Strategic Finance Manager | Series C Start-Up | Remote

This disruptor has introduced SMS to ecommerce businesses as a new channel to engage, retain and convert and their customer base; thus allowing brands to see huge ROI after partnering with this exciting business.

This business is going places and going there fast, so they are looking for an incredibly ambitious and remarkable strategic finance manager to create and impact and lead the strategic direction of the business.

The Role

As a key member of the Finance team, you will support several business units; will own major aspects of the Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and analysis and will partner with a large variety of key stakeholders to implement plans and activities. This role will report to the Senior Director of Strategic Finance and will directly support the VP of Sales and CMO.

Duties

• Work with the senior leadership team as a business partner and analytical figure; particularly in the GTM organisation.
• Own the GTM bottoms up model and develop models that influence GTM plans: including ROI of expansion, productivity and customer segmentation.
• Construct reporting and dashboards to ensure the executive team constantly have an accurate understanding of performance vs targets
• Develop and report analysis of GTM KPIs to present to the board and investors

What we need to see:

• 3-5+ years of experience in finance
• Experience in a growing usage- or consumption-based tech business
• An understanding of usage-based recurring revenue models
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL and BI

What we'd like to see (Bonus):

• High-growth, early stage start-up experience preferred
• Experience building variable compensation strategy models

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 + Equity
