The Client

Harmonic are proud to be working with a fast-growth BioTech & AI start-up that are looking for a knowledgeable and ambitious Senior Recruiter to join their rapidly growing business.

This innovative business is growing phenomenally and after a very successful funding round the business are looking to expand their Operations team. Now is an excellent time to join the team and help them achieve the ambitious goals they have for the next few years.

This role would suit a confident and driven individual, who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment but also who places a strong importance on joining a super entrepreneurial organisation. Culturally the business is filled with incredibly talented, ambitious people but has maintained a strong 'start-up' feel where collaboration is encouraged.

The Role

The Senior Recruiter will be an integral part of the operations team and will work very closely with the Director of Operations and HR. This role will suit an ambitious individual with a keen eye for detail that wants to work in a fast-paced environment and have the chance to work with a lot of autonomy.

Duties

• Source and build out pipelines of qualified talent using all available systems and tools, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements
• Be creative in your recruiting strategies, in order to quickly fill high priority roles
• Provide a high-touch and personal experience for all candidates
• Be our champion who communicates well and accurately represents the company both internally and externally

What you need

• 2/3 years of recruitment experience
• Previous experience hiring for technical roles
• Excellent communication skills
• Acute eye for detail and high working standards
• Proactive, driven individual
• Experience using recruitment and sourcing tools

What we'd like to see

• Experience working in a scaling BioTech or AI business
• Experience working in a fast growth start up

Salary: $130,000

Location: Boston, MA - Hybrid

Start date: ASAP
