Headquartered in scenic South East Wales, with a relaxed approach to working from home, they have a fantastic finance team who are now looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support their success.
The Role
They are now looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst reporting directly to their Head of FP&A. You will be heavily involved in strategic planning, scaling initiatives, supporting new products and business partnering with various teams across the business. Focusing on delivering real value to the business, you will provide continuous analysis, forecasting, budgeting and insights that drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of financial, planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Support with the production of monthly Management Information Packs and Board Packs explaining results and identifying trends
- Creating financial models to predict growth and forecast performance
- Delivery of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Monitor and evaluating new and existing strategic initiatives
- Business Partnering with senior management, heads of departments and other key leadership figures across the business to ensure budgets are managed effectively and issues identified on a timely basis
- Provide commercial decision support including investment cases, scenario analysis and post investment reviews
- Support the CFO and Head of FP&A with extensive ad-hoc projects
Required Experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Excellent FP&A / Commercial Finance skills
- Enjoys and thrives working in a fast-paced environment
- An individual who enjoys being "hands on"
- Excellent Excel skills
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + bonus + benefits
