The Client
Harmonic are proud to be working with rapidly growing PE-backed streaming scale-up that are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their finance team.
To date they have raised close to $250 million in funding and have some incredibly ambitious plans for expansion over the next few years as they look to diversify their product portfolio and expand into new markets.

The Role
The Senior FP&A Analyst will work closely with the Director of FP&A & CFO in the development and maintenance of forecasts, financial models, budgets, reporting, automation initiatives, and ad-hoc analysis.
As the role progresses this position will also be part of exec meetings and part of high-level conversations to support decision making and strategy across the organization.
Duties

Support all financial planning and forecasting across the P&L

In depth analysis of company performance, including pricing, key KPI's and metrics

Work closely to the Data & Analytics teams to analyze, track and report on company financials in line with company objectives

Work closely with the Director of FP&A to adjust annual and monthly budgets

Implement ways of extracting and analyzing operational information

Analyze costs, lead times and inventory management

Develop, maintaining and improve financial models for analysis

Business partnering with operations and sales teams to improve internal reporting processes and give commercial insight

Support M&A activity through modelling support and input

Ad hoc projects with FP&A team
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in finance or similar subject
- 3+ years' experience working in FP+A or finance related role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial terms, budgets, and financial reports
- Strong financial modelling ability
- Sophisticated proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
What we'd like to see
- Experience working within the technology, telecommunications, consulting, or investment banking industries
- Understanding of Tableau and/or SQL
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus
Location: Boston (Hybrid)
Start date: ASAP
