Senior Financial Analyst | Fast Growth PE-Backed SaaS Scale-Up | Fully Remote

The Client

Harmonic are proud to be working with a Private Equity backed Enterprise SaaS Scaleup that are looking for an ambitious and commercially astute Senior Financial Analyst to join their Finance team.

This innovative business builds software for industrial companies which include Microsoft, Honda, Audi, and Airbus. This fast growth company has raised over $150million in funding so far and their headcount has doubled to over 500 employees in the last two years. It is a great time to join the team and help them achieve the ambitious goals they have for the next few years.

The Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with the Director of FP&A and play an integral part to help develop and track annual budgets, contribute to quarterly board reporting, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision making. This is a high-impact role that will offer substantial senior leadership exposure and the opportunity to impact strategic decision making in a hyper-growth environment at scale.

Duties

· Support all financial planning and forecasting across the P&L

· Help build dashboards and reporting tools in BI and EPM platforms

· Work collaboratively with budget owners to understand investment strategies

· Manage analytics and reporting against budget and forecast scenarios

· Develop sustainable and rigorous processes for ongoing financial reporting and review

· In depth analysis of company performance, including identifying key KPI's and SaaS metrics

· Developing and maintaining financial models for analysis

· Business partnering with operations and sales team to improve internal reporting processes and give commercial insights

· Ad hoc projects with FP&A team

What you need

· Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or similar

· 3+ years' experience working in FP+A or finance related role

· Experience working in a scaling tech business

· Strong financial modelling ability

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Acute eye for detail and high working standards

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 + 20% Bonus

Location: Preference for Candidates based on the East Coast (Fully Remote)
