Senior Data Scientist | High-Growth Creative Agency | London

Role: Senior Data Scientist

Location: London, UK

Harmonic is excited to partner with a rapidly scaling creative agency as they look to hire an experienced Senior Data Scientist, to support the growth of their highly innovative Data Science team.

As one of the fastest-growing agencies in their field, our client offers a host of opportunities, and some incredibly exciting projects to work on and play a pivotal role in shaping ML functions within the business as well as NLP projects.

They have a super cool office in central London and work on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office, 3 days WFH).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights
  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to address business challenges
  • Utilise NLP techniques to extract valuable information from unstructured data sources
  • Design, develop, and optimise algorithms to enhance data processing and modelling capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
  • Work closely with other data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of analytical models
  • Engineer features and preprocess data to improve model performance and accuracy
  • Implement data cleaning and transformation pipelines to ensure data quality and consistency

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience leading or mentoring a team of Data Scientists
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a track record of delivering Machine Learning based projects
  • Expertise in Natural Language Programming (NLP) and Python programming
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholder

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + Benefits
