The client has a predicted turnover of £54 million for this year, with plans for sustained growth into next year. Since 2021 their headcount has increased by 50%, now sitting at just under 300, exemplifying their quick-scaling trajectory.

The Role

This role is a great opportunity to get into a fast growth tech company. The client is looking for someone who can get stuck in with the credit control while leading a team of 5 The role will be hands on for the first 8-12 weeks, however it will then become much more focussed on management.

Responsibilities

• Credit card reconciliations
• Production of accounts receivable reports
• Ad-hoc financial duties as required
• Directly reports to the Finance Manager
• Produce invoices
• Communicate with clients to ensure payments of outstanding invoices
• Manage a team of 5 junior AR specialists

Requirements

• Experience in an AR or Credit Controller role
• Confident in use of excel
• Desire to manage
• Confident communicator

Nice to have

• Experience in Tech
• Experience in an SME
• Prior experience in management

Salary - £28,000- £35,000 (+ study support)
