Senior BI Analyst | High-Growth Creative Agency | London

Role: Senior BI Analyst

Location: London, UK

Harmonic is excited to partner with a rapidly scaling creative agency as they look to hire an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, to support the growth of their highly innovative Business Intelligence function.

As one of the fastest-growing agencies in their field, our client offers a host of opportunities, with a clear progression pathway to managing and growing a team within their BI department.

They have a super cool office in central London and work on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office, 3 days WFH).

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of financial analysis, benchmarking, and insights to cross-business teams
• Gather requirements from senior stakeholders across internal teams
• Work with SQL to query complex data sets
• Work closely with the Head of BI to ensure value is being added to the wider business through high-level reporting
• Develop BI strategies to effectively make decisions
• Analyse, interpret, and visualise data to deliver insights
• Explore competitive market strategies through analysis of a related product, market, or share trends
• Train and mentor junior colleagues, showing exceptional leadership ability

Skills and experience:

• Strong ability to analyse large datasets and derive actionable insights
• Expertise in designing and implementing data models to support business reporting needs
• Ability to create and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding the media industry, including advertising, digital media, audience measurement, and content consumption trends would be a bonus

Salary: £75,000 + Benefits
