Senior Resourcing Manager - 12 Month FTC | Fast Growing Management Consulting | London
Harmonic Finance are delighted to be working on a retained basis with one of UK's fastest growing, award-winning management in their search for a Senior Resourcing Manager with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a consultancy business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing consultancy on their journey in the UK and overseas.

In this position, you will be a pivotal in a lean resource management team aiding to the success of the organisation. Working closely with the CFO, Revenue Leads and CS leads coordinating and optimising resourcing of consultants, you will have a huge impact on the way the organisation is run day to day.
The role is based in Central London with a hybrid working approach and will initially be a 12-month fixed term contract (FTC) with the possibility of temp to perm for high performers.
Responsibilities:
- Running twice weekly resourcing sessions
- Coordinating and leading monthly workforce planning sessions (operational and
strategic)
- Optimising resourcing to help match supply with demand across portfolio teams,
helping opportunity owners to match capability and experience needs with the
available Consultancies workforce
- Driving system data to be accurate in support of improved decision making and
adherence to internal processes
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Ensure weekly timesheets are accurate and submitted on time, in support of key
operational and financial processes
- Generate and build system reports as required
Professional Experience:
- Previous experience leading resource management within a consulting business of
150+ heads(essential),
- Experience of workforce planning processes within a consulting business
Essential Skills/Competencies:
- Outgoing personality with a positive outlook and a strong team-working bias
- Willingness to present and be recognised as the go-to person for a team
- Proactive and creative approach to problem solving
- Numerate and well organised
- Systems and process focused
- Being able to talk authoritatively and with credibility to senior stakeholders either
one to one or in large meetings

Salary: £50-£60k (depending on experience)
