Portfolio CFO | SME Creative Agency | 1-2 days p/week

Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growth SME Creative Agency based in Central London supporting them with their search for a Portfolio CFO to join their team on a 3-month contract. With a 50-person headcount and offices in the US & UK, the agency sits at around £5mill revenue and are a leading brand & innovation company that partner with some of the world's most iconic brands.

Their short-term objectives are to double in size over the next 1-2 years through a mix of organic growth and M&A. This aim has now opened up a new opportunity for a highly competent and experienced CFO to come in and help realise their vision, and notably help sustain the level of growth.

The Role

Reporting directly to the board of directors and founders, the role includes improving their strategic commercial insight into the business over the coming months. This role sits outside of IR35.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on the audit process
• Partner with the executive leadership of the company to drive improved decision-making.
• Shaping Strategic planning based of cashflow forecasts and budgeting.
• Assist in additional fundraising rounds.

Essential Skills:

• Qualified Accountant
• Creative Agency experience
• Track record of leading on audit processes
• Excellent Communication skills

Day Rate: £700-£1000 (outside IR35)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Central London / Remote
