Portfolio CFO | Innovative HealthTech Start-Up | Outside IR35

Harmonic are delighted to be working with an innovative and fast-growth Healthtech Start-Up, to find a Portfolio CFO who is prepared to start immediately, on a 6-Month contract. This role sits Outside of IR35.

The Client

Our client has created an at home health and wellness product which works in tandem with a subscription-based service giving them a multifaceted business model with the potential to become a household name. They recently received significant Series A funding and are looking to use this to expand further nationally, but also move their brand internationally into Europe and the USA.

Their turnover of £5Million last year is expected to double this year. They are therefore looking for a commercially astute CFO on a portfolio basis who has experience in a high-growth Start-ups, preferably within the HealthTech or SaaS space.

The Role

Reporting directly to the board of directors and founders, the role includes improving their strategic commercial insight into the business over the coming 6-12 months. The other key responsibilities are:

• Build out Financial Planning & Analysis function.
• Partner with the executive leadership of the company to drive improved decision-making.
• Shaping Strategic planning based of cashflow forecasts and budgeting.
• Assist in additional fundraising rounds.

Essential Skills

• Qualified Accountant
• Experience working in a business with a strong online platform-based service
• Track record of building and developing high-performance teams
• Excellent Communication skills

Bonus Experience

• SaaS or HealthTech experience

Day Rate £700-£1000 (outside IR35)
