Part-Time Temporary Credit Controller| SaaS Start-up| Nottingham

The Client

Harmonic are excited to be working with a high growth SaaS start-up. The client has recently gone through Series A fundraising and secured over £15 million. Continually, the turnover has increased drastically from £500,000 in 2017 to an expected £5 million by the end of 2022.

The Role

This role is around 4 hours a day Monday to Friday, it will be remote except for a weekly meeting in Nottingham with the CFO. You will directly report to the CFO and take ownership of the credit control.

Responsibilities

• Debt collection , from singular failed payments, multiple failed payments
• Chase overdue bank transfers
• Allocate customer cash collected through Wise, Lloyds and Revolut against any open invoices
• Use of Profitwell
• Complete subscription suspensions and cancellations on Stripe and Salesforce

Requirements

• Either a tech savvy finance graduate looking to develop their skillset or someone with a history in credit control looking for a part time role
• Available within 1 week
• Confident in use of excel
• Prior customer service experience
• A friendly personality

Salary - £10-13 per hour
