Part-Time Finance Assistant | Digital Marketing Agency | £22,000-£28,000

Harmonic are delighted to be working alongside a well-established Digital Marketing Agency with their search for a Finance Assistant to join their growing team out of their offices based in Bedford. The award-winning business specialises in Creative & Content marketing, Digital PR and Paid Search & Social.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Finance Assistant will be a crucial part of the finance function. The role is broad and covers a vast range of transactional finance duties and undertaken on a part-time basis, which can spread across 3-5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable assistance
• Credit control & monthly invoicing
• Supplier invoice processing
• Bank account reconciliation
• Monthly credit card statement reconciliation
• Fixed asset register maintenance
• Petty cash expenditure control
• Ad hoc duties

Essential Skills

• Able to work P/T hours across several days a week
• Experience of working within a finance function / bookkeeping
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player, target driven, thrives under pressure

Bonus Skills

• Previous experience of using Xero
• Agency experience

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 pro rata
