Management Accountant (German Speaking) | Global PR Agency | £45-55K

We're supporting a brilliant, high-growth PR and comms agency that partners with some of the most recognisable technology, consumer and corporate brands on the planet. With c.300 people globally and revenues pushing past the £40m mark, they're a business that prides itself on pace, creativity and genuinely empowering their teams.

They're now looking for a German-speaking Management Accountant to join their London finance team as the agency continues its impressive international expansion - particularly across the DACH region.

The role

You will take responsibility for German-speaking markets and play a key part in month-end, reporting and business partnering. Responsibilities include:

• Full month-end ownership for DACH entities
• Revenue recognition and margin analysis across client accounts
• Producing accurate P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis
• Supporting budgeting & forecasting cycles
• Partnering with Client Services and local market leads to drive commercial performance
• Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards
• Driving process improvement and supporting finance transformation initiatives

You'll be great if you…

• Are fluent in German (essential)
• Are studying toward ACCA/CIMA (or already part-qualified/qualified by experience)
• Have experience in a creative, agency or project-based environment
• Love taking ownership, working collaboratively and improving the way things are done
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, international business

Package

• £45,000-£55,000 + study support
• Hybrid working (3 days WFH).
