Harmonic are proud to be recruiting for a fast-growth international Tech company who have great VC backing. They are looking for a Sell-Side M&A Advisor/Fundraise specialist on an initial 8 week contract, with the strong likelihood to extend.

The Business

The business is expanding rapidly across Europe and the United States and are about to lead into a substantial Series B fundraise. They are looking for a specialist Sell-Side M&A Advisor who can work closely with the CFO on managing the fundraise process and data room management. They are looking for either a Senior Manager/Manager from Corporate Finance Transaction Services or an FC/FD who has recently been heavily involved in a deal.

The Role

As part of the role you will be responsible for:

• Helping the CFO and Finance Director prepare the business for a substantial fundraise (Series B).
• Financial Data room management (Data checking).
• Working closely with stakeholder to manage the full end-to-end Fundraise process.
• Ensure the financial narrative is coherent around the Financial Data of the business.

What you need (essential):

• Experience on sell-side M&A or,
• Background in Transaction Services/M&A/Corporate Finance or,
• Finance Director or Financial Controller who has recently done a deal

Day Rate: £650-800
