Interim Management Accountant | Innovative Architectural Design Company | London | 6-Months
Harmonic are delighted to be working with an international architecture studio in their search for an Interim Management Accountant. They are looking for an individual who is commercially astute and adept at hitting the ground running within a dynamic and fast-moving environment The business has been gaining recognition due to its exciting projects over recent years working alongside architects and designers on projects with high-end businesses and large-scale projects. The company places a huge importance on creativity and collaboration and promotes a friendly and sociable company culture. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will have a variety of different duties including Monthly Reporting, Reconciliations, and assisting in the Year End Audit. The client are offering a hybrid working arrangement - with 3 days a week in the office, 2 from Home. Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
- Monthly variance analysis through budget/forecasting comparisons.
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Analysis of monthly creditor and debtor reports to be displayed in the monthly reporting.
- Quarterly preparation of the VAT returns
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Experience producing and reviewing management accounts
- AP and AR experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine interest in design
What we'd like to see:
- Experience in managing people
- Previous experience in a product-focused or architecture company
