Interim Financial Controller | Fast-Growth Beverage Brand (VC-Backed) | London | 6-Months | (Outside IR35)

Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively with one of the UK's fastest growing, VC backed beverage start-ups. A 6-month contract, outside IR35 our client is looking to work with an ambitious, enthusiastic and creative Interim Financial Controller.

The Client:

With VC (venture capital) backing to support their growth our client has scaled to over £10 million in revenue last year. The client has made waves in the beverages industry with an innovative product which is disrupting an established market. They are looking to further expand operations across Europe. Forecasting revenue growth of 100% year on year, boasting more than 200 reputable partners and leading to over £5 million product sales.

A new office space based in the energetic area of London Bridge. Our client's ambitious finance team of 4 people is looking to double the headcount of the business within the next 12 months. Because of this, there is a high possibility of a permanent role at the end of this contract. This role will work closely with an experienced CFO - requiring a self-starter who can hit the ground running.

The Role:

• Management of day to day running of the full finance function
• Continuously review and implement process improvements to drive automation across finance
• Support the implementation of a new ERP system as the business enters the next phase of expansion
• Identify value-adding insights to support with the production of long-term strategic planning
• Support the CFO with Investor and Board reporting and future fundraising projects
• Extensive ad-hoc projects to support the business as they scale

What we need to see (Essential):

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• An excellence in communication skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems (ERP)
• A desire for continuous learning
• Ambitious and passionate for involvement within one of the UK's fastest growing Start-Ups

What we'd like to see (Bonus)

• Experience in a fast growth- Start-Up (VC/ PE backed)

Day Rate: £450-£600 per day (Outside IR35)
