Interim Financial Controller - Central London - Fast Growth Marketing Agency
Harmonic are delighted to partner exclusively with a fast growth Marketing Agency who are on the lookout for their next Financial Controller, starting on an interim basis. The role is being pitched as a 6 month contract, however there is a strong possibility that it converts to a permanent role if that is what the candidate wants.
The Finance Director is looking to drive a number of commercial and group changes, and she needs a new number 2 urgently to help free up her time in order to focus on a number of strategic challenges.

Your Objectives:
- AR Billing, reviewing the draft invoices raised in Mavenlink (project management platform) then raising the full invoices in Xero to send onto the Client via email or portal
- AR Credit Control - managing the collection of invoices and flagging to teams any outstanding balances
- Ensure billing plans are loaded into Mavenlink (project management system)
- Support with the weekly forecasting process by ensuring the client teams maintain key dates on their projects
- Month end reconciliation of billings between Mavenlink and Xero
- Reconcile POs received to SOWs to catch any SOWs that need invoicing or a PO
- Preparation of accrued and deferred income schedules
- Weekly/month end timesheet and utilisation reporting
- Identifying and driving potential process and system improvements
- Support Group FD with weekly ExCo KPI report
- Ad-hoc analysis
What you need:
· Experience in group finance
· Strong communication skills
· Experience working with a fast-growing enterprise
Offered Package:
· £350 - £400 on a day rate, or up to £70,000 FTC
