Temp-Perm Finance Manager/Senior MA - International Creative Agency

Harmonic are proud to be working alongside an incredibly well renowned creative agency based in Central London. The agency specialise in the fashion/retail space and have grown significantly over the last 3 years. They have a headcount of around 70 people and due to a series of new account wins are looking to bolster the finance function with a new Finance Manager.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior MA/FM to support the Finance Director. where you'll have the chance to work in both an interesting and varied role covering a range of commercial tasks, oversight of the transactional function of ownership of the management accounts.

The agency work in a hybrid model with 2-3 days a week in their office, which is a very cool, non-corporate space near Covent garden. Culturally the agency is fast paced, ambitious and fun. You'll have exposure and mentorship from the Finance Director who has about 20 years experienced in the agency space, and can promise close 1-1 training and development.

The Role:

• Credit Card reconciliations
• Monthly journal entries, accruals and prepayments
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Preparing P&L accounts
• Helping to produce Management reports and analysis
• Assisting with month end duties
• Intercompany and Intergroup accounts billing and reconciliation
• Ad-hoc duties as required
• Assisting Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger department when needed
• Assisting with the Forecasting and Budgeting
• Prepare year end Audit pack
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Bonus skills

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified / PQ
• Experience in the creative sector
• Proactive and good communication skills
• Paprika

Rate: negotiable day rate depending upon experience but we are expecting the rate to be between 200-275.

Initial duration: 3 months with possibility of going perm.
