Interim Chief Financial Officer - Media Agency - Central London

The Company

After ten years in the sector they have risen to be one of the fastest growing, most innovate and multi-skilled agencies in London. And to top it off they have an incredibly impressive client base to match. The interim role will be 6 months with the potential to be extended and go permanent.

Their short to mid-term objectives are to double in size over the next 3-4 years through a mix of organic growth and M&A. This aim has now opened up a new opportunity for a highly competent and experienced CFO to come in and help realise their vision, and notably help sustain the level of growth. The business has a t/o of £20mill and are looking to grow to £50mill within the next 3 years.

Your Objectives:

Producing monthly and year end reports as well as oversight of management accounts

· Commercial support, strategic analysis and decision support to the CEO and board

· Working with international corporation tax reporting as well as insurance and payroll

· Managing the active pipeline for international entities

· Managing the P&L and balance sheet

· Managing a team of 3 direct reports

· Improving the quality of variance analysis and assessing time utilisation

· Implementing a robust financial infrastructure

· Leading the growth strategy and advising around acquisitions/sale

What you need:

· Experience managing FP&A, MI, Reporting and Cash Management

· Strong communication skills

· Experience working with a fast-growing enterprise

· Experience in leadership

· Strategic thinker

Offered Package:

· Day rate of £750 - £950
