Interim Chief Financial Officer | Global B2C SaaS Company | London | 12-Month Contract

Harmonic Finance are delighted to be working with an Internationally renowned B2C SaaS company to find a highly experienced and commercially astute CFO/COO to lead their finance function. The opportunity to have a significant impact within this amazing company as they continue to expand into new markets is one that cannot be missed.

The Client

With revenue exceeding $75million, this innovative scale-up has proven global appeal and will continue to expand until their brand is a household name. They have a highly motivated and passionate team, with a headcount of 350 people, all of which are striving towards one common goal. The company has grown at an exponential rate since its inception in 2012 and this growth is forecast to continue in the future. Their product is revolutionary in the b2c SaaS world and has a broad appeal making the growth potential endless.

The client has their headquarters in London but is offering a hybrid work model, with 2- 3 days a week in the office. The company is proud of their welcoming and value-driven culture which motivates their employees, creating a fun yet hard-working environment.

Reporting directly to the board, our client is looking for someone who is an experienced finance leader who will relish the opportunity to make important decisions in pressure situations. As the CFO you will also take responsibility for mentoring and directing a talented finance department.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective revenue, CAC, LTV and Margin Targets
• Ensure smooth running of the finance function
• Take ownership for the financial performance of the business, helping the business achieve their strategic aims.
• Work closely with BI and sales to drive a metrics led culture
• Evaluate the companies plans for future fundraising and play a pivotal role in those fundraising rounds
• Lead the company's FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).
• Prepare accurate cashflow forecasting reports
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance across finance.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience as a CFO in a fast-growth, tech-focussed company (Ideally SaaS, but not essential)
• Experienced in leading/assisting in investor fundraising rounds
• Experience of leading Finance system implementation projects
• CPA/ACA/ACCA Qualified
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

Day Rate £1000-£1500
