Interim Accounts Payable Specialist | Award Winning Electric Vehicle Start-Up | London

We are delighted to be working exclusively with an innovative, award-winning Electric Vehicle (EV) scale-up business looking to revolutionise the way in which robotics and AI are harnessed to deliver Electric Vehicles at the forefront of the shift towards sustainable transport solutions.

The company has recently opened a number of new global sites with significant international expansion happening in the US and a host of 'developing nations' and have secured a number of significant contracts with big name customers.

Having recently relocated to a new modern office space with the added benefit of flexible working, the client is looking for an ambitious individual who is driven and excited by technology, electric vehicles, sustainability and ultimately being a part of an incredibly exciting business.

The role

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices and payments form the UK and European entities.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the supplier ledgers to create payments.
• Payment processing and posting entries to the accounting software.
• Maintaining Accounts Payable ageing reports.
• Processing supplier invoices.
• Auditing staff expenses.
• Supplier statement reconciliations.
• Special projects as assigned and needed.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with accounts payable (AP) - invoice processing.
• Strong Microsoft Office & Google applications: Excel skills are important.
• Strong Communication Skills.

Pay rate: £200-225/day (inside IR35)

Contract length: 3 months
