HR Manager | Fast-Growth Marketing Agency (B-Corp) | New York

Harmonic are proud to be working with a fastest most creative management consultancy businesses in the world that are looking for someone to lead their human resources team.

They work with some incredibly innovative businesses to help them understand what is going on in the world around them and develop the strategy of where they should be heading next.

This role will champion their mission, vision and core values and provide solutions to employee related matters by supporting the business and driving greater efficiency.

The Role:

This role will report to the Global Head of People. You will be working alongside the UK based operations team and be responsible for take ownership of building market- leading policies, ensuring the business is a great place for colleagues to progress and develop and building a culture in which people are genuinely excited to work every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and applying HR compliance rules and guidelines, from data protection to health and safety
  • Ensure the full employee lifecycle is best in class, from L&D to performance reviews, progression, and everything in between
  • Develop, implement, and oversee HR programs that attract, develop, and retain key talent.
  • Proactively assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement sound solutions.
  • Monitor the external market and maintain knowledge of Talent focused digital solutions to inform strategy, influence stakeholders and or inform projects.
  • Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs.
  • Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts

What you need:

  • 4+ years' experience in HR
  • Track record of scaling People, Talent, and HR globally in a small to mid-scale environment
  • A strategic people-leader with proven HR generalist experience, who can be proactive, think ahead and future-proof an organisation for scale
  • Solid understanding of the talent lifecycle and customer experience perspective
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver quality service and meet established deadlines
  • Interpersonal and communication experience and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization
  • A thorough understanding of US HR practices, including employment law and regulations
  • Detail oriented and a strong sense of urgency

What we'd like to see

  • Previous experience in management consultancy / marketing / fast-growth Startup
  • Passion for working in a B-Corp business
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Experience working for a business with a UK location

Location: Fully Remote with preference for candidates located in/near New York

Package:

  • $100,000 - $130,000
