Head of Finance | Live Music and Events Business | London

Harmonic are excited to be working with an industry leading Music Label and Live Entertainment business in their search for their next Head of Finance. The role will be working closely with the CFO as the company scales out over the next 2 years.

The company also are responsible for organising and running some of the world's most successful live festivals and shows. The role:

Reporting directly to the CFO and leading a finance team of 2 others, the role will be hands on with a variety of responsibilities including an emphasis towards a commercial focus as the company continues to scale out. Based in an exciting and vibrant office space in London, this is a 4 day a week role with a 5 day a week rate of pay, that also supports working from home. The business also believe strongly in encouraging applications from all backgrounds to promote a diverse and culturally inclusive working environment.

Duties:

The main duties will include:

  • Managing and mentoring the two members of the finance team
  • Accurate reporting of all data across the finance functions
  • Developing strong financial systems and processes
  • Identify trends across financial data and advise C-suite accordingly
  • Lead on all dealings with external stakeholders
  • Year end accounts preparations for auditors
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks supporting the CFO.

What we need to see:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Experience running and developing a finance team

What we need to see (bonus):

  • Previous music / live events industry experience
  • Start Up / SME background

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + great benefits package
