Head of Business Development | Rapid-growth Influencer Agency
Harmonic are proud to be working with a fast-growth Influencer Agency that are looking for someone to lead the business development team.
They work with some incredibly innovative businesses to help them understand what is going on in the world around them and develop the strategy of where they should be heading next.
They are looking for a leader in the business that can help define their business development / sales team. Someone with a track record of developing people and building strong client relationships. The business have a t/o of £15mill and are looking to double in size over the next 3 years.
The Role
As the Global Head of Business Development you will report directly into the Founder and have a core focus of helping the business to onboard new clients, improve the repeat business of existing and ultimately drive revenue growth.
This role will suit an individual that is capable of leading a team whilst also making considerable personal contribution.
Responsibilities
- To create and execute a BD strategy that will help the business hit its commercial goals
- Find highly effective ways of on boarding new clients
- Improved leveraging of existing relationships that leads to converting existing contacts and improving repeat business
- To lead the sales team and ensure they are delivering into the overall strategy
- Build a deep network and pipeline of existing and potential clients
- Drive brand awareness with external communication
- Bring visibility to the marketplace to improve brand positioning
What you need
- Track record of generating pipeline and onboarding new clients
- Experience working with innovative clients
- Previous experience leading a high performing BD/ sales team
- Strategic business development planning
- Excellent communication skills
What we'd like to see
- Previous experience in management consultancy / marketing
- Passion for working in a B-Corp business
Compensation: £100,000 - £150,000 + bonus
Location: London with some travel to the US expected
