Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with one of the most renowned Record Label Groups, known for their ground-breaking work in the Independent music sector, in their search for a Group Royalties Manager.

The Business

The business has a Turnover of around £50 million and have multiple global offices, with over 120 people based in the UK. Despite COVID, this music business has remained financially strong and through innovative new business strategies it has continued to scale. They have a fantastically dynamic and sociable work environment, whereby you'll be surrounded by people who are incredibly passionate about music.

The Role:

Reporting into the Director of Royalties, as the Group Royalties Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the royalties function. This will include managing a team of over 5 colleagues, with the intention to further grow the team as the company grows.

In terms of the day-to-day, you will oversee the collection and processing of all income streams and royalty distributions. There will be plenty of opportunities to lead on exciting projects to drive efficiencies through the business as well as provide key pieces of analysis. Duties:

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the royalties function.
• Managing and developing a best-in-class team.
• Providing key analysis on global territories and revenue streams.
• Proactive measures to improve systems, processes and ensure procedures are efficient.
• Working closely with the Royalties Director on ad-hoc projects.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure accuracy of royalty reporting.
• Partner with finance function to provide key data, trends and analysis.

What we need to see (essential):

• Experience working within a Royalties Function (Music preferably)
• Excellent communication skills

• Record Label experience
• Management experience
• Record Maestro experience

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
