FP&A Manager | Series A Sustainable Fashion Start-Up| (Remote)

Harmonic is extremely proud to be working with an exciting sustainable lifestyle brand who are looking for an FP&A Manager to join the team and help the business scale.

Sustainability is at the core of this business with every one of its products being made with cutting-edge eco-materials. With the aim of being the first 100% sustainable lifestyle brand ever, this company has already upcycled millions of bottles, created a carbon neutral offsetting program, and has planted over 20,000 trees.

This company is extremely impressive having raised its seed round of $4 million and looking to raise more. The climate conscious CEO has been featured in Forbes magazine and the products are currently being sold at many luxury retailers not only in the USA but also in the UK.

This role is perfect for someone that is passionate about working for a company that is climate mission focused but also appreciates the art and design of cutting-edge modern lifestyle products. The Role

The role will be reporting directly to a CFO, who has a track record of scaling exciting Fashion businesses and will be an integral part of the finance function. The role will suit an ambitious individual with a keen of detail. You will be encouraged to work with autonomy and have impact across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Define, track, and communicate leading KPIs to key stakeholders, executives, and investors
  • Build top-line financial forecasts and track monthly performance vs. goals to ensure achievement of business growth targets
  • Develop and maintain financial models for analysis
  • Develop sustainable and rigorous processes for ongoing financial reporting and review
  • Manage analytics and reporting against budget and forecast scenarios
  • Ad hoc analysis projects

What you need:

  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in Investment Banking

What we'd like to see:

  • Experience at a fast-growth start-up (preferably CPG based)
  • Keen interest in sustainability

Salary: $110,000-$130,000 + Equity

Location: Remote (Candidate has to be based in USA)
