Harmonic are proud to be working with a rapidly growing PE-backed SaaS Start-up that are looking for a FP&A Manager to join their finance team.

This disruptor is a market-leading SaaS-based catering and event management platform for restaurants, hotels and other unique venues. This exciting business enables these venues to seamlessly book and plan events, increase sales and streamline their workload. This business has been used by more than 15,000 exciting venues to book and manage over 6 million events!

The Role

The FP&A manager will report directly into the CFO and will own the managing, modeling, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis. They will also be in charge of the budgeting, long-term planning, implementation and business strategic analysis for the financial team.

Duties

• Review analysis results, develop insightful suggestions for sourcing, cost reduction, potential investments and lead strategic business decisions
• Prepare reporting for investors and other designated users of financial information
• Develop and execute policies and procedures to support the functional infrastructure and streamline operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with different members of the organization and team leaders to develop and monitor action-oriented budgets, ensuring spending control.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts.

What we need to see (Essential):

• 4-6 years experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Expert in Tableau
• Strong communication skills
• Detail orientated and team player

What we'd like to see (Bonus):

• Experience using Netsuite and Salesforce
• SaaS experience or private equity backed company experience
• Thinker/Analyst who finds solutions rather than problems

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000

Location: Boston (Flexible Hybrid)
