FP&A Analyst | Hyper-Growth SaaS Scale-Up (Crypto) | Series C | London/Remote

Having just closed a £45m Series C investment they are forecasting growth of over 140% annually with ARR reaching £25m in 2022 and £60m in 2023. Already with a global footprint, the company expects headcount to grow from 115 to 300 in two years across their London HQ, the US, Singapore and Japan.
Utilising AI and Big Data, they are bringing the cryptocurrency markets into the mainstream using their cutting-edge technology to ensure improved compliance and regulation in the industry. Already partnering with most of the world's fastest growing Fintech companies, they are now increasingly working with established banks as they invest heavily in entering the crypto markets as well as with Government agencies and global police forces looking to prevent cryptocurrency enabled crime.
With an exceptional leadership team, world class Venture Capital investors and some of the brightest and best in the business, they are aiming to achieve 'Unicorn' status shortly before becoming a multi-billion-dollar business. This will include further innovative product launches in the next 12 months and continued international expansion (currently supporting customers in over 45 countries).

The Role
They are now looking for a high calibre FP&A Analyst to play a pivotal role in helping to forge the FP&A function as they head into their next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will be heavily involved in strategic planning, scaling initiatives, supporting new products and business partnering with various teams across the business. Focusing on delivering real value to the business, you will provide continuous analysis, forecasting, budgeting and insights that drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery of the forecasting, planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Production of Management Information Packs and Board Packs explaining results and identifying trends
- Implementation of the budgeting process
- Work closely with the Financial Accounting and Control, Strategy and Ops and BI teams to ensure and deliver an understanding of performance drivers to support growth
- Track KPIs and key SaaS metrics and report to internal stakeholders and VC shareholders
- Support the CFO with the production of long-term strategic planning
- Assisting the CFO with fundraising support and investment decisions
- Finance Business Partner with teams across the whole business to optimize performance
- Support the CFO and Head of Finance with extensive ad-hoc projects
Required Experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Excellent FP&A and Financial Analysis skills
- Enjoys and thrives working in a fast-paced environment
- An individual who enjoys being "hands on"
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills
Bonus Experience:
- Experience in a Tech start-up business
- Experience in SaaS or Fintech
- Passionate about the Cryptocurrency space
Salary: £55,000 - £67,500 + share options + benefits
