Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively a rapidly scaling multi-faceted Digital Agency who are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join the business.

The Company:

Specifically this business is involved in the creation of content, website design and other digital products for a variety of industries. Renowned for their sociable and dynamic work environment, underpinned by their adherence to their core company values, this business has doubled in size since 2019. There are now over 220 employees and the company continues to grow turnover, increase profit and acquire new businesses.

They sit at a crucial moment in their growth journey and now require a commercially focussed accountant to help the business achieve their expansive goals of growing three-fold over the next three years.

The Role:

This is a newly created role for the business and thus represents the opportunity for someone to come in and truly make it their own. As the FP&A Analyst you will report into the Financial Controller and Head of FP&A, as part of a finance team of 6. Primarily you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and business partnering with different units in the business. You will also have a significant impact in driving the company strategy.

It is a broad position with excellent scope for building out a team in the future as the company continues to scale.

The Duties:

• Liaise with stakeholders on driving company strategy by supporting on forecasting.
• Business partner with units across the company on budgeting, forecasting and profitability.
• Constantly review and implement new processes and procedures.
• Providing key analysis around market trends and business performance.
• Supporting the finance team on preparation of monthly financial reporting pack with commentary and analysis.
• Understanding and analysing business metrics and using them to support company growth.
• Ad-hoc projects.

What we need to see (essential):

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA finalist or qualified
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience

What we'd like to see (bonus):

• Experience at a Digital Agency or Gaming industry
• Experience working in a scaling, fast-paced environment
• Excellent skills on Excel

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 plus bonus and excellent company benefits
