FP&A Analyst | AdTech Scale-up | London (Hybrid)

Harmonic is proud to be working with an award-winning Global AdTech business in their search for an FP&A Analyst to join their growing finance team.
The last few years have seen the business continue its international expansion, gaining significant interest from VC firms and subsequently leading to multiple successful fundraising rounds to support their growth.

The Role
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering crucial financial insights to stakeholders across international business. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll have broad exposure within a growth SME environment, conducting commercial analysis, forecasting & budgeting, business partnering and accounts preparation. Underpinned by advanced technology, the finance function is continuously looking towards automation, so you'll also play a key role in driving system and process improvements too.
Responsibilities include:
- Period close & reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Delivering financial performance insight in business meetings through both written and verbal communication with the purpose of driving improved business decision-making
- Financial Analysis: Provide decision support and advice. Analysis performed will be across the P&L and Balance sheet
- Budgeting & Forecast: Assist Head of Finance with forecast, budgets, and KPI analysis
- Business Partnering: Work closely with department leads to update rolling forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities against the budget
- Financial reporting: Assisting with month end management accounts preparation including variance analysis
- Continuously drive system and process improvements within finance
- Ad-hoc projects / duties when required
Required skills:
- CIMA / ACA / ACCA / ACMA PQ/Qualified
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in either a management accounting or commercial analyst capacity
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to effectively communicate with people at all levels, both financial and non-financial
- Strong commercial awareness and acumen
- Comfortable and effective working remotely

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits
