This year they've secured more than $50m in Series A funding from some of the world's leading VC funds to continue their rapid expansion.

Forecasting revenue growth of over 300% year on year, they now boast relationships with more than 500 reputable partners, leading to over 2m users utilizing their product in now more then 150 countries.

With a fantastic new office space in London and offices in the USA and Poland, they are expecting to grow headcount from circa 150 to over 400 in the coming years. The Role

Working closely with and reporting to a brilliant CFO with extensive experience in banking and a track record of scaling elite tech start-ups, the Financial Controller will be responsible for establishing an effective financial control framework and ensure world class financial reporting and accounting processes are implemented, while assessing and implement new systems.

• Responsible for maintaining robust financial controls and reporting processes

• Continuously review and implement process improvements to drive automation across finance

• Support with the completion of the annual statutory accounts and delivery of the audit process

• Support with the implementation of a new ERP system as the business enters the next phase of expansion

• Identify value-adding insights to support with the production of long-term strategic planning

• Work closely with the business to support with the annual budget and forecasting moving forwards

• Support the CFO with Investor and Board reporting and future fundraising projects

• Extensive ad-hoc projects to support the business as they scale

What we need to see (Essential):

• US GAAP

• Extremely smart with excellent communication skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting systems (ERP)

• Incredibly ambitious with a desire to continue learning

• Excited by start-ups / scale-ups

What we would like to see (Bonus):

• CPA

• Experience in a fast growth Tech start-up / scale-up (VC or PE backed)

• Experience supporting the implementation of a new ERP system

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 + Bonus
