Financial Controller | Creative PR Agency | London | £75,000-£85,000 + Benefits

Harmonic is delighted to be partnering with a bold, culture-driven PR agency as they continue an exciting period of growth and diversification.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Financial Controller to step into a high-impact role, owning the finance function and playing a pivotal part in strategic decision-making across the agency.

The Business

  The Role Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with senior leadership, you'll:

• Lead month-end, management reporting and cash flow forecasting
• Drive finance process improvement and systems optimisation
• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles
• Build trusted partnerships with client teams - providing commercial challenge and insight

• Manage and develop a small but ambitious finance team

  What We're Looking For

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience within creative/agency/marketing sectors strongly preferred
• Confident business partner with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders

• Hands-on mindset with the ambition to grow as the agency scales

  What's On Offer

• £75,000-£85,000 (depending on experience)
• Hybrid working model in a vibrant central London office
• Clear progression pathway towards Finance Director level
