Finance Manager | Organic Health and Wellness Brand | West London (Hybrid)
Harmonic is thrilled to announce its partnership with one of the fastest growing organic health & wellness brands as they enter the next exciting phase of their growth. This position will be a #1 in Finance role reporting directly into the company founder and will oversee finance for a business which has seen revenues double over the past 12 months.
Growth has come through achieving some great milestones in becoming listed in some of the UKs most prominent grocery stores and ecommerce platforms (think Ocado / Waitrose etc) and as a result are looking for their first Finance Manager to grow with the business. During the past 3 years they have also seen Headcount expand to 35 as of 2024 and they have recently moved to a new production facility and offices.

As the first addition to the finance department, you will have the opportunity to grow with the business and eventually into a Head of Finance type role as the business expands. Our client is seeking an individual who is eager to grow alongside the company, build out the finance department and foster a dynamic financial environment that supports the business's expansion.
About the Role:
- Develop and monitor budgets, conduct financial analysis, and contribute to long-term planning. Shape the company's financial strategy.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and recommend improvements for cost savings.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll.
- Generate regular financial reports, ensure tax compliance, and collaborate closely with auditors for audit preparation.
- Identify and implement process improvements, develop financial models, and establish performance benchmarks.
- Identify and assess financial risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.
What our Client Would Like to See (Essential):
- Experienced qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ICAS Equivalent).
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Xero software, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the food industry or a passion for sustainability is a plus.
What We Would like to see (Non-Essential):
- Experience in SME or fast growth company
- Experience in FMCG, retail, hospitality and or manufacturing would be preferred.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
