Harmonic are delighted to be working alongside an exciting, fast growth Music Publishing business with offices in The U.K and North America in the search for a Finance Manager.

The Business:

Our client has grown from strength to strength since inception 20 years ago and now offer a full range of music publishing services. Due to the success of the business, our client now has an exciting client list which includes some of the most famous bands, artists and DJ's both in the UK and the U.S. With forecasted revenue growth of 80% for the financial year and headcount expected to double by the end of 2023, this is a fantastic opportunity to have real influence in facilitating the growth of the business.

The Role:

This role will be reporting into a CFO that has spent a career immersed in the music industry, offering fantastic exposure to strong senior level management. There will also be management duties involved, leading a team of 2 finance assistants.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work at a fantastic, high growth company immersed in music culture, with opportunities to grow with the company as it continues to scale out. Duties will also cover FP&A and the more commercial side of finance, to help with the strategy of the business. As such, it is a great opportunity for a Management Accountant looking for their next step, or a Finance Manager wishing to experience an exciting, fast paced work culture in the music industry.

Duties:

• Preparing accurate and detailed financial reports.
• Preparation of budgets and cash flow reports.
• Owning the Financial Planning and Analysis for the business.
• Preparation of year end accounts.
• Reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards and company cards.
• Supporting the CFO with any ad-hoc tasks.

What we'd like to see (Essential):

• ACCA / ACA / CIMA Studier or Qualified.

• Strong communication skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  What we'd like to see (Bonus):

• Passion for working in the music industry.

  Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + great benefits package
