Harmonic are delighted to be working alongside one of the most exciting and fast growth talent management agencies in the UK in the search for their next Finance Manager.
The Business:
Our client has experienced fantastic growth since over the last couple of years, now covering a range of sectors within the creative space. The recent success and growth of the business have led to a client list that includes a variety of high profile members of the music, TV & Film and live entertainment industry. This offers a fantastic opportunity for anyone who loves helping to facilitate a businesses growth, having a real impact on the direction of the company.
The business is proud to have retained their tit knight, family orientated feel to the business while scaling. With headcount at 23, this is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the head of talent, general manager and 2 directors on a day to day basis. As such, this is a great chance for outward facing candidates with a love and passion for being immersed in the creative space.
The Role:
This will be a broad role that is a perfect opportunity for analytical, forward thinking problem solvers who enjoy getting their hands stuck in. The position will be the sole person in the finance team, and will require an outward facing personality that has drive, determination and a strong work ethic that is happy working in a 'work hard, play hard' environment.
The Duties:
- Full ownership of the management accounts
- Quarterly VAT Returns
- Cash flow forecasting and reporting
- Oversee statutory accounting
- Regular reporting to directors on company performance
What we need to see (essential):
- ACCA / CIMA / ACA / AAT Studier, PQ or Qualified By Experience
- Experience in the talent management industry
- Strong communication / people skills
What we need to see (bonus):
- Xero experience
Salary: Up to £45,000 + study support
