Finance Director | Global Creative Agency | Central London

Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a Global Creative Agency with their search for a European Finance Director to join their rapidly growing team. Turning over around £200mill, they have a current headcount of around 250 out of their London HQ and another 15 offices globally and are looking to expand further.

The agency has a strong focus on social media and online communities to deliver world class outputs for their brands. They are values led throughout all the work they do and how they look after their employees.

The Role:

Reporting to the Global CFO, you will initially be responsible for the UK & 3 Finance functions across Europe, managing a team of 18 to drive performance whilst overseeing all day-to-day financial processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 4 entities across UK/Europe
• Strategic analysis on annual budgets & forecasts for the region
• Providing strategic insight to regional CEOs on future growth
• P&L management
• Overseeing annual audits
• Extensive Ad-Hoc projects to support agency growth
• Be a part of the senior management team to help drive commercial strategy
• Business partnering with key budget holders
• Streamlining finance systems / implementation of new systems within the business

What We Need to See (Essential Skills):

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
• 2+ years Creative Agency experience
• Engaging and excellent communication skills
• Sense of humour / positive approach to work and problem solving

What We Would Like to See (Bonus Skills):

• Experience in both group agency and SME
• Understanding of group principles & audit
• Excellent track record of offering commercial insight around future acquisitions.

Salary: £110-140K + bonus

Start Date: ASAP
